Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Accra: Within 24 hours
- Outside Accra: A maximum of 72 hours
Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here’s how refunds work:

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns:
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and returned within [X days] of delivery.
- Perishable goods, intimate items, or custom products cannot be returned.
Process:

- Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you on how to send the item back.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days after inspection.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Products damaged by misuse or negligence.
- Items not returned in their original condition.
